TeleReach Corporate is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support its operation.  This is a telecommute position.  The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully working from home and a functional home office including high speed internet and unlimited long distance.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to departments as needed
  • Create user guides, work instructions, technical writing, editing, proofing, formatting
  • Provide meeting support, outlook invites, update agendas, confirm attendees with both clients and staff
  • Create MS Excel or CRM generated reports and templates
  • Document control as needed
  • Coordinate internal projects and tasks with multiple departments
  • Provide support for company newsletters and communications

Skills / Requirements:

  • Modern home office with high speed internet, unlimited long distance
  • Most meetings are held via teleconference, however some local Houston meetings are required
  • Live within driving distance of Houston to attend internal company or client meetings
  • Fit within a culture of self-management
  • Self-motivated with B2B marketing and/or B2B call center background
  • Dedicated, follow-through attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with high level decision makers
  • Solid computer skills with strong Microsoft Office: Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Script writing, copy writing, technical documentation and newsletter preparation capabilities
  • College degree-preferably in business
  • Web based CRM experience with one or more major CRM’s
  • Audio file editing and html skills
